Reaching the Studio

Product submissions are accepted by email at [email protected]. The submission should include a full ingredient list, available supplier documentation, and a brief note on the product format and intended routine use. The selection team reviews all submissions against the standard framework. Response times are typically two to three working weeks.

The catalogue does not accept payment for product listing. Any commercial relationships that could influence a listing are disclosed in the product record. Products included in the catalogue are listed because they passed the review framework, not as a result of a commercial arrangement.

General correspondence is typically answered within two working days. Product submission reviews take two to three working weeks. The studio is operational Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00. Responses outside these hours are not expected.

The studio at 16 16 Chapel Market, London N1 9EX, United Kingdom is a review and documentation space and is not open to walk-in visitors. Arranged meetings can be requested by email. The team will confirm availability and meeting format for each request individually.
